Recording your mixes, Help?!

Prolly not what u want to hear but I just use a CD recorder. Cost me like 120 us and it sounds just like it does when I'm playing. Saves me the hastle of everything else. I only play on two 850's and a 700 mixer tho. No traktor or anything. What is the reasoning in using traktor if you are playing on cdjs anyway? Might b a little off topic but was just wondering?

I use my internal recorder on my traktor s4 and the mixes sound amazing. I turn off auto gain and manually adjust the levels and keep them from clipping on the recorder plus the individual channels.

When using vinyl alongside my xone 62 i just connect the mixer to my external Phillips cd recorder and followthe same rules as above. All sounds good
