i quite like your drums but i dont like the bass. so that would be my input, work on your bass sound. also, have you heard high contrast - return to forever, you could probably say the first tune is a tad similar, just not as incredibly awesome. still some good sounds there too.

Cheers for that, yeah i've been told that the basslines aren't great by quite a few people which is obviously something I need to work on. Also yeah I just remembered that track and listened to it... sounds like i've plagurised the whole track. Oh dear! haha

drums sound decent. But your bass is lacking. i would clone it and high pass/band pass and throw some more effect on the top end like distortion, maybe some flang re filter etc. maybe drop a sub bass underneath mess with some pitch controll.

Fair enough, it is actually a sub bass mainly but it's not low enough to qualify as that haha, but the other sound i will mess around with to make it better filter etc.
