Timewarp and Chubrub is a very good mix.
Eqing is nice and its in prefect key.
I would suggest checking your setup. Cos its not over powering at all.
need to check second mix cant think off the top of my head. I and many other people including TeeBee can tell a lot of work went into this mix.
was listening to this timewarp/chubrub in the motor this morning on way tut station. i noticed a few school kids larfing at me as it dropped and i started doing sum front seat skankers!
ur right the mixing is pretty tight... yer it isnt perfect but theres no point in the whole mix where u wud say "oh dear" or can hear any clashing beats.
and to me, having it a bit ruff n ready with tunes cummin in left right n centre is how i like a mix to be. u can tell hes using vinyl.
even tho its a radio rip and on mp3 the sound quality isnt bad at all. yer... when sopme double drops come in theres a little bit of a loss as levels peak a little but hu gives a shit? it was made for radio at the end of the day so blasting it thru a mad system is always gonna distort.

I've listened to this properly now. When I commented in here about it before I had only listened to it when I was pretty drunk. I gotta say it's a solid mix all round really, think Sub Focus has done a pretty good job tbh. 'Vapourise', 'Deep Space' and 'Rockit' really are incredible tunes by the guy and you can tell the amount of work that went into them. Hope 'VCF' is on the album too, love that tune. Also feeling the new Culture Shock bit and the co-lab with Furlonge, two great future tunes there. The mixing really isn't that bad, some of the blends aren't perfect. But at the end of the day he's a producer, not a DJ. But he still nails this for me and it's a damn site better then TC's attempt a while back. All in all good stuff, looking forward to the album, hope there's some suprises on there too.
