Essential releases from the last 5 years?

It’s been a while since I posted here! I moved to Canada in 2018 and sold my decks and records. Since then I’ve been listening to old mixes but haven’t been following new dnb releases.

I recently ordered a pioneer controller to start getting back into mixing and need to build a digital collection.

What essential releases and mixes have I missed over the last 5 years?

Calibre of course has released some LPs, some new, some shelflife.

Lots of new Jungle Artists / Labels have been popular, Coco Bryce, Sully, Tim Reaper etc

Victoria BC, how aboot you?

A bit outside Toronto, Ontario.

We want to get to BC at some point as they host a freestyle skateboarding competition every year over the Victoria Day weekend

A couple years ago ASC started a new sub label called Spatial, which focuses on the late 90s atmospheric style. Absolutely essential, all of it.

(Also George Commix stole a bunch of people’s money and is now a pariah in the scene)

Haha I actually caught the Commix drama on facebook, and read through the thread on DOA. What a time to be alive.

Checking out Spatial and the bits mentioned by Teddy. Calibre was my first port of call!
