old headz break

    anyone know what the break in old headz at 0:44 and throughout hold on to love is? think i've heard it elsewhere but can't remember tune names

    multiple breaks but the main one that gives it its sound is just a processed Amen break with a heavy kick and snare and whatnot on top of it

    pretty sure it must be a particular break though, as it's literally identical in hold on to love apart from the eq, can't imagine they both processed multiple breaks in exactly the same way, which makes me think it's a break

    It's a certain type of processed amen which is floating around in some sample pack.

    I REALLY do....
    it happens more than you know. Where Ray got it, is the question.. I mean, when i first heard heavyweight, i was like - Oh shit he nicked the the Dark Soldier break, then Old Headz, same thing....But where it first came from i have no idea....
