what is seeding and isit downloaded?

Seeding means that you're uploading to others to they can download faster.

Seeding means that you are currently not downloading it, but still are uploading it. The "time left" probably displays how long it will take till you got an Upload/Download Ratio of 1.0

Seeding means that you have downloaded the complete torrent and are hosting (seeding) it for other people to download from you.
