Fair one, i was always rocking 800s before so its the same jog weight for me anyways

I went from 1000's to 2000's so I like to have the choice of adjustment.

Yeah that thing is such a life saver, got all my cue points set and my whole back catalogue on 3 usbs.. Fully rekindled my love for mixing getting these decks

I know that feeling man. Investing in a new set up really did bring my love for mixing back.

A lot of people hate on rekordbox, but it's such a decent program to allow endless capabilities.

Having up to 5 cue points per track is quality.

Really? That's weird cos its a sick program, can't fault it personally but I read the manual unlike every other cat slating it im sure ha!

You can actually have 8 cue points & 5 Hot Cues.. Too good!

Yeah because people say it's like using a sync button.

I've just loaded my rekordbox up & I have10 memory cues & 3 hot cues, swear it only used to be 5.

I used to use hot cues, but just use memory cues now.

Me and the missus done the IKEA trip. Got the tried and trusted Kallax bookshelf (Expedit replacement). £39 in basic white and £21 for 3 pairs of wheels with bracers. Speaker stands made by myself from discontinued stock at work.

Nice to finally have a decent desk that isn't ugly and cumbersome. Good to have storage space for the wax too.

I can't wait to splash on some usb capable cdj's, the Traktor laptop setup is so long and then you've got latency to contend with.... I might grab some xdj's on ebay when they come down a bit

Awesome mate I got it for a bargain to best £200 I've ever spent and it came with DVS.

The filters as I'm sure you know are amazing, the sound card is handy to if you wanna record your mixes.

The only thing I don't like about it is the VU meter, each led half lights up when you reach the next DB whereas I'd prefer more LEDs that are straight up on or off.

Conclusion I'd say you definitely will not find a better mixer for the price of this unless it's stolen lol

To upgrade to the 900s, the KRKs can't match them for clarity. They go lower though so unless you're producing its too not much of a downgrade
