Ulterior Motive is so weird to me. I like their tunes and respect their sound, but I hate mixing them. They all just sound off in the mix. It's something about their mixdowns. It might be that they mix tunes down for vinyl and I play digital.
I've been doing a double drop of Terra>MIR and it should be perfect, but the digital version of MIR doesn't carry enough weight. Even if I really boost the gain, it's too much of a drop off to have the right impact.

yeah i found this as well, barely gets mixed cos of this
It sounds huge through a system so may just be your home setup not getting the bottom end properly
same for me, amazing album
I'm sure this is part of it. I don't mix with a sub.
