intros are tough man. imo they should give you a feel for what the track will sound like after the drop, so i try to make the body of the track before working on the intro
i like the bell ringing though, but id remove the hats on top of it, and it sounds quantised when in real life it'd be slightly off beat (and you could make mini adjustments to the pitch as well). the guns are all a bit weird, made me feel like i was in some nazi town in 1944
the drops sounding weak because theres no bass there. sick a fat 50hz sub under there and you'll start hearing some power
not a big fan of the synth (id probs drop it an octave), or one thing you could do is keep it like that but move it down an octave at that mini drop (16 bars in)
