Anybody got any pointers and or advice for me?

Most things are sorted, we got the venue, speakers/system (hopefully), flyers and most artists done. Anything else I may need advice on?

I know I need to sort out tickets, some sorta security, etc...

!st thing is promotion is fuckin hard work.. flyering outside clubs ( and getting abuse etc, ) fly posting ( and possibly having to take down all teh posters you fly posted to avoid massive fine) on forums ...takes a lot of time.

Also if you want a full house, best bet is a name DJ/MC.....any non name DJ playing needs to muck in on teh flyer etc, but also if they don't sell say 30 tickets, then they loose their slot..sound harsh ? Maybe, but it works.
 
Yeah man, gotta put in the work! get people who are playing to earn there spot by helping you out with promotion, get posters up, flyers in shops etc

You making it 16+? If so make sure its going round the schools cause that's generally how people hear about the 16+ nights.
