Nope, GEMA is a Music Rights Organisation. If you play music, sell music, you have to pay them. They also make money for charging fees on USB-Sticks or SD-Cards, now raised up to 2 €uros per sale of one item.
The videos are blocked by YouTube because they don´t want to pay fees to the GEMA. Not those fees GEMA wants them to pay. Funny enough, Google found an agreement with all other organisations/governments but not with those greedy fucks.
Blocked videos do mostly have content from UMG (Universal) and BMG.

erm, there is no way Rusko hasn't heard a OS track, thats pretty embaressing, the thingis if u heard it in a rave he would get no recognition as you would just tihonk it was OS...bad times for rusko on this one.
