That's absolute bollocks. If you know anything about production you know that its the Nero that makes dnb/dubstep. Dubstep in particular as most they're dubstep tunes sound the same.

the one used in blow is by the mannfred mann earth band - and definately bigger than the streets version, though thats big too.

would have loved a remix of that one too

She also played this at her set at Drum & Bass Awards sure it was this version. Sounds heavy on big system, nice bass.

Heavy stuff, it does have that clean Nero dubstep snare, but not sure. Very messy on the Youtube version, don't imagine this will be coming out. But I wouldn't mind dropping a clean copy of this in the dance and seeing what happened....
