Mixing Jungle(sque) tunes with Jump up.

So yeah any of you do it?

Ive started doing it again recently to add some variety into my mixes and its quality, I have a lot of fun doing it aswell.
I don't really have that much Jump up or Jungle but I find mixing the two very fun!

anyone else do it?

always find it fun to mix it up, as i'm sure you know.
only problem with older tunes if they're often slower.
technics mk5g's with +16 ACTIVATED = bundles of fun

Yeah I like to mix it up as much as pos aswell, like you said it changes and adds to the variety of a mix

Yeah I know what u mean.
Ive been mixing Breakage-Staggered Dub with a few tunes.
Gotta have the pitch at around +6 though

I think older tunage seems to sound better a bit sped up aswell

it depends it can lose abit of the vibe if sped up too much

yeah it does....a lot of tunes dont work, you gotta learn them and when theres a variation in a jungle break like a multiple snare loop or something you gotta take it out sometimes cos it dont fit.

Equinox - Acid Rain [any version] is a good track to try.

yeah man, always good to mix it up, sometimes speed is an issue as I have 1200's.
