Keeping white sleeves on records

I was wondering if you guys keep you records in the white sleeve that sometimes goes into the main sleeve? It's a bit of a pain and makes mixing a bit slower having to get the 12" out twice! putting the records back in place is annoying too. I know it protects the records better but it is really worth it? Are the records at a much greater risk of getting damaged? I dont think so but unsure.. I would like to get rid of all mywhite sleeves but i ont know...

Good point, i always put them back after a mix but not sure it protects them a great deal more than the usual sleeve? some Eps can be a right fucking pain in the ass to draw for

or just flip it 45 degrees so the openings are at the same end.
