How do I make this type of voice ?

    HI,
    I was wondering how I could edit a regular voice to be like This
    The voice starts at 00:13 and here's an longer version of his voice here
    I hope I'm posting this in the correct section

    Just a guess, but I'm gonna say pitch down, vocoder, distortion. Couldn't really get too in-depth with it; I'm really shit at teaching things to people.

    As a starting point layer the voice, one normal, one down about 3 semitones

    You mean something like I created in this track here?



    It was originally a documentary sample that I ripped. I then duplicated it so I had two exact replicas of the same sample. Pitched one down about 4 or 5 semitones (cant remember exactly) Then I pitched the second one down 1 semitone more than the 1st. grouped them both together and added some subtle overdrive, delay and reverb to them.

    Okay thanks I will try all of these samples thanks.
    Here's they used a different voice actor and his voice was changed a little bit.
    He starts talking at 0:30 Thx
