apregiator thor?

how do i draw it in ie i have thor playing a b line, then want the same thor's pattern apregiator to run at certain points but dont no how?

let me rephrase this its not the apregiator.i am just using thor,on thor itself at the bottom there is a sequencer like redrum with steps etc for patterns.i am using the thor for a bass line and at some points would like the sequencer at the bottom to run,but how do i program this??

here is one way to do it:
program a pattern into thors step sequencer
set the play mode to repeat

in the green grid above do the following:
source:midigate amount:100 destination:step sequencer trigger
source:midinote amount:100 destination:step sequencer transpose

the first line says that when u hold a key the the thor sequencer will be run
the second line says that whatever note you press, all the notes in the sequencer will be transposed relative to that note.

play about with it to find out what you want.
