is that the production of illfingas out of Toronto, Canada?
I know for a fact that he produced either this track or a carbon copy of it (its just that this one seems alot more clean and bassy). he has been sportin the dub for years.

dunno man, i picked up the white quite a while ago, thought it was cool at the time, its still pretty heavy i guess.

i have no idea who is behind it, the production quality is quite good too! the resung vocals are well clever

I only heard of the Illfingas using that sample. I think it wasnt necessarily released as a Illfingas tune b/c of sampling reasons (it's a pretty heavy rip of that Wyclef shit), but a dope tune all the same.
