when speeding up track it goes wierd

i have noticed with some of my productions when i push the pitch up to about 180 it warps the sound, but if i do this with other tracks it doesnt do this how can i stop this happening?????????

Quickest fix is to play your tunes no faster than 174 but ideally somewhere around 170.

Turn off key/pitch lock maybe. How much are you pitching it up? Like 185?
