I think I'd have to say the song that defines d&b personally for me is 'renegade snares'

Also, 'signal' by fresh.

Most of the songs that people have mentioned in here are timeless, I think that's the key with a song that will define d&b, it must be timeless.

Guess it depends what you're trying to define ...

I think you'd be here all day really man because theres so many tunes that crossover genres, and the sound has evolved so much over the years youd have to think about different time periods as well lol

At the end of the day its best to just say yeah, that's a sick tune :)
