Technics MKII pitch problem

Hey,
straight to the problem:
at 0% big bubble is on line and also at + and - 6% it's on point, but at +/-3.3% I get the platter bubble steady around +/-2%.

Is it the calibration problem?
I'm new to the turntables and their problems – also haven't disassembled it yet.

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Next question is, do i need just new stand alone fader or should i look for the one with circuit board?

Could also be a transistor problem. One of my technics burned out and it made the pitch really erratic.
