technics turntable mk2 pitch problem

Hey, straight to the problem: at 0% big bubble is on line and also at + and - 6% it's on point, but at +/-3.3% I get the platter bubble steady around +/-2%. Is it the calibration problem? I'm new to the turntables and their problems – also haven't disassembled it yet. Your advice is greatly...
