its a mix of two samples from the original, one is reversed and the other one isnt. both eq'ed differently too so they dont clash.. Synkro's pads are top notch, i've been trying to make that kind of sound myself but couldnt get close.. I guess it has a lots of reverb in it maybe a lowpass filter and some echo too..
