Since his childhood M-rode lives in a musical atmosphere. In 1998 everything begins, at the beginning M-rode mixes for its pleasure (hip hop / r&b) influenced by dj, mix-tapes, radio emissions and partys of this period. In the course of the years, seeing that his level progresses, he's interested in the techniques of scratch and djs championnships but studies prevent him from deepening his passion which remains a junior leisure. After studies in 2004, M-rode joins the DMC championships and gain several titles :
- FRENCH DMC vice champion in September, 2005 REX CLUB PARIS (category 6 minutes)
- 2nd as the French cup DMC in June, 2005 to the festival "nuits sonores" LYON (category juggling beat)
- FRENCH DMC vice champion in September, 2004 TRIPTYQUE club PARIS (category 6 minutes)
- French cup DMC winner in June, 2004 "BARNUM DES POSTES" LILLE(category simple battle)
- T.K.O (Turntable Knock Out) winner in May, 2004 NANTES.Battle organized by C2C.
In part its meetings and its opening of spirit, M-rode is inspired by all the music styles (Drum and Bass, Electro, Lounge, Abstract Hip hop, Downtempo, Ambient, Trip Hop, Rock / Metal, Pop, Reggae, Dub, Ska, original movie soundtracks) what influences necessarily his productions in a sense of fusion and musical wealth.
Actually M-rode works on DNB TUNES with DJ PANIK and mix essentialy drum and Bass but also lounge and electro he also gives djing lessons (mix, scratch, juggling beat) for private individual, associations, "youth services" and he is member of the group ATMOS SYSTEM (as a dj and pianist): 8 musicians trip hop / jazz fusion / electro....
