working on a dubstep tune... advice ?

I'm working on this tune. I'm about finishing it, but before doing that, I wanna have some advice, comments, thips, hints... to make it better. So I can change some more things in the tune...

The beat sounds a bit out of sync to the changes in the chords / melody

I like the vocal samples a lot though.
