THE JUDGES
Judges on the night will be:
Fatman D (Nu Breed)
Mirko & Reborn (ravingitch.co.uk)
Ray Rampage (Livewire)
Sheerdrop (Pure Science)
Fader (Champion Sounds)
Fatman D will also be hosting the night
Judges short listing entries will be:
Mirko, Reborn, Pyno, Sarah, Boofa & Jookie

THE ELIMINATION PROCESS
To enter the competition you must email ravingitch@graffiti.net please include in the email...
Your real name, age, address, phone number, MC name, where you have performed (if anywhere)
Once we have received your details you will receive an email back with the address to send your demo to
All demos must be 30 minutes long
Demos must be received by FRIDAY 18TH JUNE 2004
We will filter through the entries and pick out the best for the competition
THERE WILL ONLY BE SPACE FOR 20 FINALISTS
Finalists chosen will be contacted by email or phone on the 19th of June
All names will also be put onto the websites
We are expecting a fair few entries so get them in fast and be noticed...
Please note: This will be the ONLY way to enter the competition, you will not be allowed to perform on the
night if we have not authorised you too! Absolutely no acceptions!
THE DEMO DO'S & DONT'S
The judges will be looking for:
A total MC, one that respects the music and the ravers
and isn't just about themselves.
Present a 30 minute show just how you would on stage
This is a competition, not a battle, so don't be gunning the next man.
Its all about the music and junglist as one!
If you are found to be using anyone at all else's lyrics you will be immediately disqualified!
We are searching for original style, flow and lyrics!
DEMOS MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THIS COMPETITION
]THE FINALS
Round 1
Finalist on the night will each have in turn 5 minutes to impress the judges with their lyrical talents
MC's will be marked out of ten on the following things:
Mic presence (confidence, etc)
Originality
Lyrics
Crowd reaction
The 10 finalists with the most points will progress to the next round
Round 2
Finalists will be picked from random to face off with each other for 2 minutes back to back
The judges will again mark you on the above and the winner of each face off will advance to the final round...
Final round
The final five MC's will each have a final 3 minutes each to impress the judges
At the end of this round the overall winner will be revealed
In the event of a tie in any of the rounds the deciding vote will go to the crowd so bring your crew to represent!
Remember: The judges decision is final
Entrants must be aged 18 or over
We know you will be represented by your crew so on the night there will be zero tolerance on violence
Anyone found causing trouble will be ejected from the venue & MC they are with will be disqualified!
So if you bring your crew along make sure they represent properly & safely... You have been warned!
