The Wrongstars are a five man crew consisting of Paul Era, MC Mooretime, Esq, Dirty D and Bass Invada and know all about 72 hour nights out, booze, chems and carnage who met in 2006 and started making tunes that sum up what they are all about. So after Rehab, court cases and nearly going down, breaking ankles, arguments, a divorce, fights and 250 hours community service... The Wrongstar Society released the first single in November '07 from the forthcoming album Beats Rhymes and Conflicts.
'And Then She Was Beautiful' / 'Battle' ft Esq & Mc Ikon / inc Merka rmx was released on the UNSTABLE LABEL and has been getting very strong reviews from the likes of DJ Mag, EQ and has been supported by Deekline, Napt, Ctrl Z, Jay Cunning and The Freestylers to name just a few.
The Album is out in February 2008 and Out-Break will be host to the album launch party which will see these likely lads bring their sound LIVE to the Venus Bar combining decks, Ableton, Keyboards, Bass Guitar intercut with thoughtful, insightful, cheeky and occaisionally insulting vocals.
This promises to be very entertaining as the electricity generated by the Group is sure to get the place buzzing as Out-Break continue to lead the way in the alternative dance scene.
Making a swift return to the Venus Bar will be 2 of last years guest DJ's in the shape of Hoffman and the baby faced assassin of Breakbeat, SaVannaH with some dirty bass and filthy breaks in back to back fashion.
