What is this link? Very strange.

Your right on the era although this is more 97 than 96. Possibly delving into 98.

The first tune sounds very No U Turn like / Doc Scott / Specialist - although I have never heard it before so with that in mind you may struggle to find it.

As for the rest of it, it sounds like a mix from abroad where some other artist has created it. It's certainly not UK. Your not gonna find your answers here I doubt.
