technics question

So i've had my 1200's for almost a year now, and even after playing them everyday since I purchased them, they still seem a bit stiff. When i'm out at record stores using their technics, the pitch control seems to adjust much quicker then my decks at home. and they're the same exact model. does the pitch control loosen up after a lot of use?

just get some electrical lubricant, that should sort it out

nah dont do n e thing with it.......let it take its toll.....unless u wanna b forkin out £60 4 a nu pitch fader.

yup, the slider will loosen up he more you use it. Much like a mixer fader, a baseball gloove, a....eh, you get the idea
