January 17th 2009 sees the return of our simply smashing bass fest ‘Spook’, with two rooms of well needed and wonderful drum and bass sounds infused with influences ranging as widely as breaks, dubstep, techno and funk. Expect purveyor of liquid funk loveliness Lynx (Soul R) and his partner in crime Kemo, legend Utah Jazz (V recordings) smashing it up alongside new shining star Randomer (Med School) and last but certainly not least the well beloved Panopticon (Outsider), all bringing their diverse range of talents to the superb sound system at the infamous Rhythm Factory, alongside many more fantabulous artists (BMK and Black Tie DJ’s to name but a few).
