Silence Groove - Orbital Cruise EP (Offworld118) out now

We're delighted to welcome back Silence Groove - fresh from releases on 31 records and Secret Operations he returns to Offworld for an ecxeptional 6 track ep. His sound has matured and refined in the passing years whilst retaining his amazing level of production and attention to detail.
Extraterrestrial inaugurates the ep progressively with delicate atmospheres and melodies, growling reese bass and interesting crisp drums which develop throughout the track.
You're everything is a warm roller which is hypnotic and hooks you in from the very first notes of the warm and fat bass. From here trancey melodics come in and out to build the track with a spacious warm vibe.
Illusions is an uplifting energetic amen stepper with great riffs,arps and melodies.
Orbital Cruise could be our favourite here with a sublime contemporary take on oldskool atmospherics amidst a classic skippy break and deep sub bass. Watchout for a lovely switchup later in the track.
Next up The Bells is an intriguing excursion in progressive drum and bass with a stepping vibe and a warm layered bass that drives the track whilst gentle brooding atmospheres and synths envelope the listener.
Closing out this marvellous ep we have Finally There an understated sonorous take in spacious musical drum and bass with filtered riffs and clever switch ups.
