nah, it really is just a bitcrusher downsampling, and TURN THE RES UP ON THE SYNTH.

Anyone know how to make that classic jungle growling bass that's in most jumpup tunes?

No need for a bit crusher really, have a listen to my tune on www.myspace.co/deejaydusty

I just used detuned sine, saw and triangle waves and added a formant filter, then added a tad of Scream distortion and tweaked accordingly.

If you use reason then send me a PM and i will go more into depth next time im online
