hi mate, making a reece is probably one of the most asked questions in DnB - make sure u google somethin like "how to make a reece dnb" etc
start of with 2 saw waves (2 oscillators), detune one a few cents - and the other a few cents + to get more depth to the sound (although make sure you detune by the same amount either way), try playing it at a relatively low note, just see what sounds good (as it will be used over a sub bass at the end of the day)
now split your basic detuned saw wave into 3 channels (or just copy that synth patch 3 times so 3 synths with the exact same sound - whatever works easier for you in ur set up). 1 channel will be "low", 2nd "mid" 3rd "high" you want to eq each accordingly:
low:
cut the mid and hi frequencies and possibly boost the lower frequencies slightly
mid:
cut the low and high frequencies, possibly boost the mids slightly
hi:
cut the low and mid frequencies, possibly boost the hi slightly
Make sure your EQs "overlap"each other so u don't have any gaps
Now u want to process each channel separately:
low:
try using heavy compression some distrotion
mid:
compression, distortion, maybe some chorus / phase
hi:
distortion / chorus / phase / stereo enhancing / reverb etc
theres ofcourse a lot fo different types of effects you can use to process these individually but at the end of the day its down to you to experiment and make a reece that is unique to you
those are just some simple guideline
hope it helps
edit: for wobble try playing with the lfo filters once you've made ur sound
