REASON 4&5 HIGH PITCH BASSLINE

Any Reason users have any ideas how to make the high pitch bassline that manga uses a lot in his songs, its been used in wicked city, brick top, gearing for war.

any tips or pointers or a full on step by step will be appreciated.

it must just be one of his gnarly 'wamp' mid range basslines pitched right up.

as a rough guide, you need to start with a sq or saw waveform and adjust the envelope
parameters and LFO rate to get your 'wamp' filter working, then distort the F out of it,
high pass it and pitch it up a few octaves. it may or may not be resampled before pitching up.

there are some pretty in depth youtube vids on reason wamps.

i've got more experience with subtractor and mailstrom than thor, having just switched from
3 to 5, but i would say that Thor would be the way forward.

i might have an attempt at creating it if i find time - i'll let you know.

Theres a link to brick top, its the really high pitch bassline you hear! id love to have that or something very similar
