I need to rearrange everything. Im sure there is a technical term for it but i dont know it. Need other ears before I start messing, any help, tips or indeed suggestions would be lovely.

well, i really don't 'get' this tune man! i can't really work out whats going on, seems overly hectic and like the elements don't all fit right or something?

too amny things going on, less would be more in this case.

some of the sounds are out of key with each other. and as above, there is a bit too much going on.

This reminds me of one of those early tunes that you make that you wouldn't dare play to anyone because it's shit, even though it posseses a quirky goodness that brings a smile to the face and hints at better things in the future.
