I started processing ColdSweat from James Brown. But i really don't know much about processing.... So far I did this. I put the saturation up with 50% and eqed everysingle hit with the sound its making, so for a snare i enhanched the snare and for a hihat the hihats and so on. So whats the next step?

layer with faint screams, organic stabs and seashell noise.
its a pretty good sounding coldsweat, you got the wood coming out nicely

    thanx!

    I did that in Battery3.

Why you want to add seashell noise? Isn't that noise that you want to get rid of?!?!

Can you give an example of organic stabs and screams.

Yeah man you are on the right track with ya cold sweating...
Good top end rides and nice popping snare.
With processing anything the best advice i was given was go back to the original break/sound etc and start again a few times, don't just carry on processing one for ever as you need the original dynamics to get different sounds.

go into a field and whack a bull on the arse
    then run
then wait for it to stab you in the arse with its horn
    you will scream
    record
    sample
    process
    and then add more cowbell......
