turns out i was wrong on that ID, i have a promo pressing of it and it had simon- the exchange etched into it. after some searching i found on one website that a track by that name/artist had been released, but when checking the moving shadow discography, it turns out there was never one released....so after more research i found out that its actually DJ Harmony - Let Me In
