Name of a tune

Hello all, I am looking for a tune I heard like 10-14 years ago. It was super popular, geos a lil' sumthin like this - "dub plate preassure preassure plate" & it says that a few times in the song.

I will feel really stupid if the name of it is "dub plate" or "preassure" but I seriously cant find it anywhere & it has been in my mind for 2-3 wks & i havent heard it for a damn decade.

Someone please help out this site noob!!
