Hey. I just bought the KRK RP6s and the KRK 10s sub.
How should I set up the pass filters?
How should I place them to get the best sound?
Could I use a bookshelf as a diffuser on the opposite wall? :D

My room is about 3.5 x 3.0 x 3.0 meters, I hope that isn't too small.

Thanks.

absolutely

ideally:
-have them face down the length of the room
-have the tweeters at ear level but try not to have this listening position halfway from floor to ceiling (as in, either side of 1.5m is good, but dont have them at 1.5)
-sit at 38% from either the front or back wall (1.3m for you) (and then form an equilateral triangle using the back of your head and the two monitors so that you are all an equal distance apart )

check out gearslutz.com for this sort of stuff

edit: oh yeah and this might not be ideal if you have a window etc...........

not to be rude, but have you read the manuals? my 8s came with detailed instructions, and my 10s not only came with instructions but a link to download the test tones needed to set up the sub.
