Logic 9 mixing down and other quesions

yooo,

erm was wondering what other people mix down to on logic 9 do you use the master and individual tracks?

+ I use ES2 in logic and i been trying to work out how to make a reese bass, I know its detuneing saw aves but detuning on es2 can have some strange effects?

any help will be much appreciated
