jsut started making this tune the other night cos i got some new software
would like to hear peoples opinions... its not finished, needs some post production work etc... and the breakdown is weak.. but ye

NNNNice! I love the bass. and the sample is good too, maybe too often tho?? Beats are top drawer too. And I personaly think it`s well produced, but I`m not too up to scratch on mastering, tell me , you A-B your trax? You know compare freqs against another established track. It`s a teqnique Ive been violently advised to use but, Ive never quite gotten round doing.
Quality stuff tho man, keep it up
 
na i havent actually done that, im not too hot on the old mastering myself but i konw roughly the freqs that each part should be at and ive tried to give each part its own 'space' so to speak

hats are lil bit too loud for me, but well put together

Did you add a bit hi shelf to the hats?
If you have, dont. Iv`e been told in the past never to add hi freq to any hats, if you need more "hatism" then simply up the level of the hat. I find it works for me!
 
diggin the drum sound - clean and full
not much on the intro as a whole -tones dont seem to fit
nice movin bass -sounds good and i like the funky tones -wobbly but not shitty like
do think the sample is used a bit to much but thats just me
overall nice tunage
