im in desperate need of a new mixer cos i currently have a numark dm1050. it was my first mixer so i thought id start out basic. ive only been mixing for about 3 months and its completely destroyed already! crossfader plays both channels no matter where it is, the sound goes fuzzy at random times whenever it feels like it, and its just pretty crap in every way.
so....im thinking of either getting the numark x9 when it comes out, or splashing out that extra money and getting the pioneer djm600.
im a student at the moment so i cant really afford the pioneer but i really want something that will actually last me more then 2 mixes.
any advice would be great. if anyone knows a better then the djm600 for around the same price that would be good too.
