You have the bones of dirty tune 
needs some more stabs / noises along the way as it's a little repetitive but as you say its not finished. Also at 2.41 and after its sounds like the sub bass is a little high in the mix on my
speakers. Thats just my opinion and im no expert

Heavy tune man but it sounds like bassline is overpowering beat i can bearly hear kick..try cuting little bit low end on bass or use sidechain
