DnB How to re-create this sound

Any one have any ideas how to make this synth, It comes in at around 2.26 and is a mid/high range synth.

I can't work out how they make it move so much. Is it in the choice and timing of the notes or the synth that gives it movement. I guess a lot of filtering is going on. If anyone could give me some insight on how they think i could make a similar sound using some basic soft synths like massive or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like square waves run through a comb filter with a low frequency, and the classic pluck filter settings.
0 attack, 0 sustain, 0 release, and a little bit of decay (about 300-430 ms)
After that, it's probably run through an arpeggiator.
