hey guys i would like some help on a liquid-ish?(i dont know how to classify this crap all the time) dubstep vibe. it is Gemini's classic rising synth that just has that awesome "umf" to it. how is this synth made... what is the basic type of wave used?
recommend any other artist with this kind of vibe to them?

I guess a saw pad with some chorus, some low-end, white noise?? And some sidechaining :coffee:

the notes are 4 bars long consist of a white noise, ramped up with an amp (for the fuzzyness), Reverb'd 3 sec at I'd say 25% and with a tempo synced LFO at 1/4 at half depth modulation.

hope this helps

could probably be an LFO - applied to the cutoff thats synced at 1/4.

ok so i took a bit of you guys' advice and tried a saw wave, then put a saw lfo on it, sidechaind it, a lil bit of distorted and effects. and lastly, added a slightly distorted sub....
this is what i got... got anymore advice (dont get me wrong i was quite suprised how simple it really was):
