How is this heavy bassline made?

One of my new fav's, I especially like the slightly detuned bassline (at least it sounds like that) when the drop kicks in.
Do you know how to reproduce it? I've tried and tried but never got something close enough to it. I have tried with FL Studio 11, Massive and 3x Osc.

LOL dude thats heavily filtered sounds. Probably used a square sine wave, filtered low pass, added a bit of distortion to the entire sound... super simple, well actually the process is hard, but practice and find your way! Once you know what you are doing its SOO simple... make it in your own way, thats most def what this artist did, be creative, im sure and in fact not only have faith, but know that you can easily make something exactly as good and pro as this and even in your own way!
