How do you store your tunes on usb from rekordbox?

Thinking of getting some pioneers 850s was just wondering.. what's the best and easiest way of storing tunes on the usb. So you can always find what your looking for and not getting lost when you have hundreds of tunes to choose from cheers
 
I use my itunes folders, which you can open directly in Rekordbox, pretty much split seperately into sub-genres i.e. liquid, neuro, rollers etc. At the moment I'm expecting with mixing in key though so instead I've individual folders for each key and wacking the corresponding tunes in there, which is making finding the right tune a doddle.
 
Ok cheers... I was gonna do the sub genres.. I still feel like if I have alot of tunes in them I could get confusing but I haven't used usbs yet so I dnt no... only time will tell but I'm getting fed up of having loads of cds laying around..
