I have heard this track in 1997.
It seems to me that it is a bit different from most DnB tracks. It is slow.
Can anyone tell me the name or genre of this style or recommend something similar?

Spend 10 years to find the author.

sounds like a dnb track playing at the wrong speed! (33 rather than 45)
