DnB Help me older DnB heads, you're my only hope - Need an ID on a 1998 tune

I've been trying for a year to ID this tune http://soundcloud.com/lifesize_briz/what-is-this-tune-1 - I'm starting to think it might have just been some random dub plate Brockie was given that day. All I know is it appeared in a Brockie set from 1998. Help!
