Ha ha, just now noticed this Rob. No, I did that myself. Was not part of the first tune, just figured it added some nice atmosphere. I've been tinkering with tonal atmospherics and various SFX for flavor in mixes for a while now, ever since I'd do the horribly cliche airhorn during hip hop sets. The rain and horns and sirens were there to set the mood. Mixed it on the way out too. Glad someone noticed!
