gemini ps-626usb mixer

hey all, looking for a little help here. I just bought a gemini ps-626usb mixer and i'm trying to use it with serato itch, but it keeps saying that the hardware is disconnected! i've already set the ps 626 as my playback device in control panel but serato just won't read it! has anybody had this problem? cause i really want to start mixing up but this is driving me crazy! is there another program i should be using?
